Winter Update

New homes are springing up in several recently released stages and more families are moving into their brand new Mount Martha homes. Harrap Creek revitalisation is also due to be completed this week.

Families recently enjoyed a fantastic fun-day at Sefton Grange in Mount Martha, helping celebrate the official launch of the Final Land Release in style! The completion of these works also means the removal of temporary fencing around Central Park.
